These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase from Aethel Tech. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colors and small details may vary slightly.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted once payment goes through and you get a receipt.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping times and our return rules are in our Shipping policy and Returns policy, which are part of these terms.
Product use
Use products as described and follow any included instructions. Brand names on our listings only describe compatibility. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
Warranty and liability
Apart from our returns policy and any rights the law gives you that can't be waived, products are sold as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
