Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after processing. Delays can occasionally happen during peak seasons or because of the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You won't be charged extra.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at aetheltechstore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
