Aethel Tech ("we") runs this online store. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you check out, we receive your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought. Your card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

This site doesn't use tracking cookies, accounts or a newsletter signup. Our host keeps standard server logs (like IP address and pages requested) for security.

How we use it

Only to fill and ship your order, send your receipt and tracking number, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires (like tax records).

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes your payment and sends your receipt (Stripe's privacy policy).
• Our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers get your name, address and phone number so they can ship your order.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Google hosts our support email.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for taxes, returns and chargebacks, usually up to 7 years, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing aetheltechstore@gmail.com. We'll answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires.

Children

This store isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
